Refund policy

Please be advised that all sales are final. Returns and/or exchanges are not available. We are not responsible for any packages which get lost during the shipping process. We are also not responsible for shipments to wrong addresses which were incorrectly entered at checkout.

If your product is damaged please reach out to us via email: theartisticway.co@gmail.com within 3 days of your order being delivered. If we are contacted after 3 days, we will not be able to resolve the issue.
